  I love coming to this location. My order is always correct, the food is hot and delicious, and the managers are consistently welcoming and meticulous when they review my order. The employees work hard to deliver greatness at every step, no matter the hour, and it is showcased in their food.

  How can this place still be open after repeatedly screwing up orders by not putting sauce on wings? It's a Togo restaurant that specializes in wings. How do you screw this up? I ordered half teriyaki and half jammin jalapeno. Only the teriyaki wings were sauced, and every single wing was extremely overcooked. To make matters worse, every single teriyaki wing was a flat, all of the drums were unsauced. On top of that, my bleu cheese containers were half full. I can't remember the last time I was this disappointed in a meal. Management absolutely needs to address these glaring problems that keep happening based on the reviews I have read here.

  I used to go here every thursday since they opened because it's close to my work. My whole work ordered food and everyone got sauce on the side or no sauce at all, I was missing spicy ranch with my cheese curds and other times I go they don't put enough sauce. One job is to put sauce on the wings and remember what I ordered. Not everytime is one star but more often than not it's 1 star. Won't go here again after today. SAUCE GOES ON THE WINGS NOT THE SIDE (if we ever get it). Nobody ever asks for light sauce, usually extra wet. All of the ranch on the side were half filled. Close down if you can't afford to fill up the side and put the sauce on or get the order right.

  Ordered from here twice. First time, ordered BBQ sauce on wings and got Buffalo. Second time, ordered chicken tenders with sauce and got just plain chicken tenders with no sauce at all. Stupid things to overlook considering the whole point of BWW is the wide variety of sauces

  Unreliable website. Wings with hardly any sauce or seasoning and undercooked. Didn’t get the extra sauce or seasoning on the wings. Missed part of the order.
