My order is always correct, the food is hot and delicious, and the managers are consistently welcoming and meticulous when they review my order. The employees work hard to deliver greatness at every step, no matter the hour, and it is showcased in their food.

How do you screw this up? I ordered half teriyaki and half jammin jalapeno. Only the teriyaki wings were sauced, and every single wing was extremely overcooked. To make matters worse, every single teriyaki wing was a flat, all of the drums were unsauced. On top of that, my bleu cheese containers were half full. I can't remember the last time I was this disappointed in a meal. Management absolutely needs to address these glaring problems that keep happening based on the reviews I have read here.
