I have had a couple bad experiences with the chicken being very tough and the fried pickle basket being a little less generous, but for the most part it’s a pretty classic Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
- JHJoseph HaneyNov 13, 20251.0I have been a fan of BWW ever since it came to Maine. I always order the same thing. Bone in wings, crispy with Caribbean jerk sauce extra wet. I was seated in the corner of the restaurant, even though it was not busy and plenty of seating with much better views of the tvs. I was alone so I was looking forward to tv and a good meal. The waiter took my drink order and the beer tasted stale. It took a long time to get my order and when it arrived, the wings were not crispy or wet, and they were cold. When the wings arrived, I realized I had no napkins or utensils. I ordered carrots and celery but the sides were small and I had to cut away the edges of the celery to remove the dry ends. It took 7 minutes to get a staff’s attention to bring me some napkins. When the wait staff finally came by, I asked for more sauce. Finished my meal before the wait staff came back by and an asked for the check. The wait staff asked if I wanted the sauce to go. Nope! Wanted it with my meal. When the check came, I was given the wrong slip!!! So sad to see the quality slip to the point where I will take my 40 dollars for a beer and wings to another establishment!!!
