  It was in the noon hour. Sign said, “Seat yourself. “ we were totally ignored. My date finally went to find the waitress, down some stairs, doing chores in the bar. Said she’d be right up. She wasn’t, and we walked out. Had hot dogs at home. Ever again!

  Do not use your app here. They literally rob you, take your money, say they didn’t get the order, Tell you it’s a third party app and it’s “not their problem”. They refuse to help you. They have no tech support. The app doesn’t answer. It’s a scam and the disrespect from the “assistant manager” is digusting. They can’t give you the manager, general manager or any one in the chain of commands for “safety reasons”. Why the heck would Dunkin’ manager need “safety precautions” if they aren’t ripping their customers of and then treating them so heinously? It really sucks for the locations that are great (like St. John St. in town!) bc it’s places and employees like this that give the whole business a bad name and no desire to ever go back they leave with such a bad taste in your mouth. Thank God more Aroma’s have begun coming around! Great consistent service at all their locations and always consistent great quality food and drinks. They know how to run a business and how to hire and train teams that make them all great! Consistency & respect (and a smile!) is all customer service really requires, you can’t have that many shitty and disrespectful employees if you care about your business… which makes total sense why the management team trains them to be that way and then hides in the background. Cowards. Shame on you Dunkin’. Keep the $40. I will never spend a dime at any of their establishments again. Oh yes! Also, their “third party app that they have no control over” has the phone number to the 617 Broadway Store listed to call regarding allergies when placing the order, well hope you don’t have any because it’s out of service! 😂😂😂👏👏👏

  Highly recommend NOT coming to this Dunkin. If it’s not for their machines being down every day, but you’ll wait 20 minutes for a sandwich because everyone is standing around talking to each other . It was even more clutch when I asked the manager about a sandwich, she was extremely rude, and then walked away- not even finishing making sandwiches that were on the board. Don’t go here. Go to Starbucks, they are clearly the top option in this area.
