- JBJames BerkeApr 22, 20261.0I went to Dunkin to get some coffee and breakfast in the morning. I went to order a large cold brew with oat milk and butter pecan flavor. I was told there was no alternative milks and they did not have butter pecan or caramel flavors. Luckily, I can drink regular milk in my cold brew, so I got that. However, what would you do if someone couldn't physically drink milk? They were out of cream too. Then I ordered avocado toast with bacon... I got to my job, and the avocado toast had no bacon at all, so I was overcharged. I am not the type to complain because I understand that mistakes can be made and it is the duty of the manager to order truck and do inventory but it gets to a point. This location is continuously out of things, and their accuracy needs significant training.

To top it off it wasn't even the right drink, which the customer had to show her on the label what it was supposed to be. Avoid this dunkin lmao

Kiosk-only (no counter ordering) is supremely inconvenient and cold, and I don’t want to teach myself to use technology I shouldn’t have to use to order a coffee. Screen is a gross public service that felt sticky and unclean. The overhead speaker was shorting out making a horrible buzzing and static sound while trying to play a radio station that was mostly ads. Tabletops were dirty and full of crumbs and trash. Could not get out of there fast enough. Coffee I bought was fine enough.
