  Were out of the 2 things I wanted to order, that's fine. But what I did order they just slopped it on. I asked for light sauce and my meal is half sauce and a little rice & beans. Because of this it's too spicy to eat, so completely wasted my money. The service was a zero

  My Bestie and I stopped here for a two year catch up date at 1214 pm on a saturday early afternoon. Store was not busy. Service was poor, the two different meats had a hard fatty chew (steak salad and a chix protein cup) and a lot of the tables were dirty with food all over them. My Bestie asked me if I wanted to eat there and I told her NO because most of the tables were dirty. The cashier heard me say that and attempted to go clean them. I stay at the Tru occasionally for work and Id honestly never return. Good luck.

  This location is an absolute joke. Mobile ordering is never on. Went in to get a chicken quesadilla… the employee tried to tell me it is made on a taco sized tortilla not the burrito sized tortilla.

  Like every Chipotle in the Portland area, it's complete trash. Always out of something. One time they were out of cheese, but had 10+ blocks of cheese on the prep counter waiting to be shredded with like 10 employees in the back doing god-knows-what. Seriously, I'd never see a Chipotle in the area that well-staffed yet somehow one of the primary ingredients couldn't be prepped. One time, half of the rice was totally uncooked so I almost broke a tooth on all the hard, uncooked rice pieces. And like every Chipotle in the Portland area, they are always out of fajita veggies at any given time of the day. I don't think they even bother to prep them in the morning anymore. Literally the last 10+ times I've gone to a Chipotle in the area over the last few months, they've been out of fajita veggies. Everything is always over-salted. Store is always filthy. For some reason I went there again today thinking it was going to be different (my fault for being naively optimistic, but sometimes I'm craving Chipotle and I've struck out the last 10 times I've tried) and of course they were out of fajita veggies at 2pm. Also, there were a bunch of boxes and other shit largely blocking the men's bathroom door, so good luck getting in there if you have a wheelchair or other mobility issue (pic attached). I basically never wrote reviews, let alone negative ones, but all of the Chipotles in the area (Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Windham at the very least) have been so cursed for years that I felt compelled to. Just avoid all of them, no use even trying anymore.
