This is true of both walk in and drive thru. This Dunkin is consistently understaffed, undertrained, and without the supplies that they need. They are constantly out of products, and the employees often complain of broken or non-functioning equipment. The coffee and food is either spot on or is some of the worst I’ve had. Sandwiches are either cooked to perfection or burnt to a crisp. The store runs out of popular bakery items by 9 AM many days it seems. The staff are always friendly, kind, and nice, but they can only fill in so much when it seems like ownership and management constantly let them down. I’ve lived in the area for 5 years now, and it’s been like this since at least then.
