- ACAutumn CasagrandeJan 17, 20262.0Food was fine, typical Dunkin' food what really pissed me off was when i went to look in my hot chocolate cup it was barely 2/3 full. When we asked them if you could fill it up a little more since we paid almost $4 for an empty cup. We were met with very rude service and they just told us no, no reason why, just no. The whole tone of the lady was straight up rude. If i’m paying for a drink, i would like it to be full to the top. Simple as that. I don’t know who it was but the lady had very straight darker hair. Decently young on Saturday morning at 9:15(ish) I am very unhappy with the attitude and blatant disrespect and rudeness we received with our order.
