- ABAmy Bryson3 days ago1.0Ordered my coffee as usual 3/8 drive thru was slow but I wasn't in a rush. Waitted a while to order, and asked why she put my donut as baker's choice when I ordered a specific kind- was told because hunting for the right button took too long and they all do it this way. No ma'am they actually don't. Waited at the window several minutes after paying and receiving the donut for my coffee. So she hands me a large with my ticket saying oops we made it large your good to go. Unfortunately I wanted the size I ordered with the cream and sugar amounts I wanted and this young girl is straight arguing with me over it. Called the store and whoever answered indicated they were in fact the manager and what was she supposed to do about it.. Verbatim "I can't do anything about that now" ...... I'm just in awe people act like this on the clock.
