I know that when I come so I don’t mind an extra wait. BUT today I drive up with three cars that have ordered and one car currently ordering with no one behind me. I wait and when it’s my turn to order I’m told “I’m not taking any orders right now. I’m backed up.” There was nobody in the lobby and only 4 cars ahead of me. I was shocked! Why have the store open if you’re not taking orders?? Why does the employee get to decide that? AND the person in front of me got to order!! I would’ve preferred to wait than be told that I couldn’t order.

I asked for a coffee with 5 sugar and 5 cream, which is a completely normal Dunkin’ order. Somehow she heard Splenda instead. When I corrected her, she talked to me like I was the one who didn’t know what I ordered. I repeated 5 sugar and 5 cream, and she responded with “I just wanted to make sure,” yet still managed to hand me the wrong drink while having an attitude at the window. Basic customer service seems to be a struggle at this location. No order confirmation, no total given at the window, and rude behavior from the staff. This isn’t the first bad experience here either. This location consistently has some of the rudest and most incompetent employees I’ve dealt with at any Dunkin’. Management seriously needs to train their staff on listening, accuracy, and basic professionalism.
