  Absolutely terrible location. Have been going to it for over 10 years but the last few years have gone down hill. This is the second time that I put an online order in through their website with major issues. Order went through, order confirmed, pick up time provided and was changed. Get to the store and no surprise- they say it didn’t come through. How is that possible, when I was changed? I am very easy going about things like this, so I thought no worries, I’ll just have the store remake the subs and the charge will probably drop off. The store remakes the subs but won’t honor the coupon I used. I have already been charged $17 for the order “that did not come through” and now they want to charge me $30 for the same exact 2 subs. Are you serious????? I said never mind and left. Absolutely trash service, they just do not care. This is the second time this exact same situation happened to me, but the first time I just opted to pay the higher, non coupon price. I will no longer be going here. If a company claims there are network or app issues, and can visibly see my order confirmation (i literally had an order confirmation that I showed them, with the price on it) why would they charge me a higher price? It doesn’t make any sense at all. A good establishment would, at the very least, honor the same price. The only thing that makes sense to me about it, is that they just don’t give a shit about the customer experience. Not only that, but when I was looking around, you can see visible grime and crud all over the sides and front of the pull down plastic window that houses the veggies and meats. Absolutely disgusting and something out of a Gordon Ramsey bad restaurant show. That just solidified my decision to never go here again. Avoid at all costs or just go to the other Scarborough location near Bullmoose.

  The absolute worst subway location ever!!!!! Was good at first and then changed. Not impressed. Will NEVER go back to the Scarborough location!!!!!!!
