- ABAnna Bands5 days ago1.0All I did was ask to have two items removed from my drive-thru order, and instead of simply fixing it, the staff yelled at me with an attitude saying, “Next time aren’t removing anything, we’re so backed up.” When I asked them to speak to me with respect, multiple staff members started attacking me. They threw my money back at me through the window instead of handing it back normally. That is not how you treat your customers. It is unacceptable no customer deserves to be treated in that poor manner. I won’t be returning.

He took my order immediately with attitude. Why work in customer service if customers are a “inconvenience” the kid openly said that he wasn’t going to get out till 8 pm because people kept coming. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and won’t be coming back. I’ve had this issue with this employee many times before refusing to sell food at around 3pm. Don’t waste your time here if he’s working!

There’s this one blonde girl who closes alone who works extremely hard to get our orders out and is very sweet and clearly very experienced and I feel so bad when she’s stressed. Please get more employees on closing as an ex employee of Dunkin this is ridiculous. Especially since this one is right off the highway I can’t imagine how busy they get.
