He was swearing and speaking with aggression towards someone about “punching ____ in the face”. There are women (like myself) hearing that kind of hostility and anger and NEVER order from someone like that! Why would someone like that be allowed to work with the public, they need to get some help. The coworkers/manager is just as bad for not seeing that this is inane behavior. Do not go here.

They were so rude to my sister especially the employee with orange hair, when all she wanted was to get her drink changed. The team manager appeared to be in the back just watching the employee, scream and rudely throw my sisters money at her through the window. This is crazy! And I’m sad that I see some other reviews having experienced this! Please do better training your employees. I will definitely not be supporting this establishment after this.
- ABAnna BandsNov 19, 20251.0All I did was ask to have two items removed from my drive-thru order, and instead of simply fixing it, the staff yelled at me with an attitude saying, “Next time aren’t removing anything, we’re so backed up.” When I asked them to speak to me with respect, multiple staff members started attacking me. They threw my money back at me through the window instead of handing it back normally. That is not how you treat your customers. It is unacceptable no customer deserves to be treated in that poor manner. I won’t be returning.

He took my order immediately with attitude. Why work in customer service if customers are a “inconvenience” the kid openly said that he wasn’t going to get out till 8 pm because people kept coming. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and won’t be coming back. I’ve had this issue with this employee many times before refusing to sell food at around 3pm. Don’t waste your time here if he’s working!
