Horrible. I get hot chocolate once a week from a different Dunkin and it is amazing. This Dunkin is garbage. What a waste of my money. If they are selling what tastes like watered down hot chocolate, I wouldn’t trust their coffee to be any different.

Up would think they would automatically refund the orders. Reached out with confirmation of order with a screen shot. They said my email didn’t match and reply to that same email with more information. I ordered under guest check out have you the full order. Like what! Keep ignoring me for a refund knowing 100% I couldn’t have picked it up. The drive there was more inconvenient than the amount I spent but coming up empty topped it off. Now getting ignored over this refund request is crazy!
