    I witnessed noella get up into another employees face and scream at him. He was visibly upset and distressed by this. I will never be coming to this location again. The amount of unprofessionalism I’ve seen in this store is unreal

    Service was a bit short with me. Definitely not Service with a smile. Seemed like i was being an inconvenience. The bathroom was locked. The donuts were good though.

    My sweet friends came in this morning to get her mobile order only to discover that the mobile app wasn’t working for her. She placed the order with the young man at the speaker and then drove up to receive her order and pay the woman at the Window proceeded to give her the order. My friend asked for a couple of straws and the woman at the window went off on her about how she wasn’t going to give her a straw and how rude she’s been to everybody, and my friend just sat there in silence. Her mother recently passed, her father is in hospice services, and she just recently had dental implants and needed a straw to drink her coffee. I’m not sure where we are in this world where we take out our frustrations on our drive-through guest. But Dunkin’ Donuts, you need to do better! She came through at about 8 AM this morning and she asked the lady to pull the footage. Please do so.
