- MLMarissa LongDec 25, 20252.0I travel a lot so I’m only around so often however for the last 3 years it’s been pretty consistent in this area. I have noticed a drop in customers. I pay attention to time and hours of the day and business. Not much traffic anymore ever. I would not say the customer service is bad however it is off. Feels uncomfortable especially in the evenings. I’m not sure the process and procedures of when or if at all that there is a manager or supervisor around or on the floor. My guess not at all, if so there needs to be a staff change. The place could be good, could be great if the right people are in right seat.
