  Huge HAIR and crater in the middle of my child's cheese pizza. Also, does this look like extra sausage? I called the store directly, hoping to have a positive experience and resolution, and while ultimately I was refunded (Begrudgingly) I barely received an apology or recognition for how absolutely disgusting And disappointing this is.

  This review isn't about the food for me, it's about delivery. I don't understand why their drivers aren't willing to drive a couple more blocks despite the fact that I live right in town. I have seen drivers go as far as the 711 which is located on 489 Main St, Springvale, ME 04083 and as far as Addy's which is located on 446 Main St, Springvale, ME 04083. I live right next to these stores. There is no reason for me to be considered out of range or out of order area when I am right here in plain view. I am not sure if their drivers are lazy or something isn't correct in the system but there's no excuse for them to not take my order and drive a couple more blocks.

  Everything I go in here I order the exact same thing. Each time I'm charged a different price ranging from $23 to $8. I always have to tell the employee the correct price. I suggest you know what you're supposed to pay before you go in there or you'll be ripped off

  Hit or miss with this store. Food is often cold or made wrong which is constantly followed with free items or discounts. That's appreciated but faster service and correct orders would be ideal. They are one of the few in town that deliver which i believe is one of the reasons they can stay in business. If there was more competition I don't think they would stay in business Edit to add: while waiting for my food for 20 minutes one employee stepped out to vape twice in 10 minutes. A second one joined her on the second "break" and the conversation overheard was not appropriate for customers to hear. We've all been in positions we don't like but there's a time and place to express that. And I'm not sure if either of these were responsible for my food prep but since the app told me it would be ready in 15 minutes and it sat in prep for 20, safe to say that more ppl should be focused on work rather than vaping, smoking and complaining about the job. I guess I shouldn't be surprised but just adding to what I've just encountered.
