Apparently someone called out and the customer service desk was rude and unhelpful when asked for assistance. I spoke to the store manager, Mr. Willette and he was just as rude, telling me that he can’t make the elderly pharmacist open pharmacy any faster than he already was. The pharmacist can’t even get into the computer to allow me to pay.

To really add to the fun of the evening, the fall also caused me to scuff and ruin my expensive brand new boots on their first outing. Picture of what the parking lot looked like and then another picture with flash where you can see the hole that does not belong in a parking lot. Would post a picture of my injuries as well, but I fear it will cause the review to be taken down. Highly disappointed and in pain.
