They take your money then park everyone on side of building. There was 7 cars parked waiting for food. Nobody inside. Waited over 10 mins

Crew forgot items in my order then acted like im inconveniencing them by asking for what I paid for. They try to rush to correct it but hand me the wrong item I point out that it is not correct and i get a ugh,sigh , and eye roll. I was polite in asking for it to be fixed but given rude treatment in return. I get it it's fast food dont expect much but be nice to your customers. Be more like chic fil a customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Last night I placed a mobile order for pickup through the driver through. There was a line, but it seemed to be moving. Our order was a total of 5 things (including 2 fries) and when I finally got to the window I was asked to move up to spot 1 to wait. After watching the guy in front of me receive 10+ items. I pulled up to spot 1, we waited a half hour with our child in the backseat. Went in several times to no one at the counter to help us. Finally we had to holler to get someone’s attention saying we had been waiting for 30-40 minutes. The person at the front yelled back to the cooks saying “come on guys, we asked you for that burger 4 times” … ended up getting the food, started to drive off before telling my fiancé to check the bag. Turned around, went back inside.. we were extremely annoyed at this point. Had to holler yet again to get attention after waiting for a few minutes for someone. I was handed a bag with the fries, no apology, nothing. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen/had in my life. Waiting over an HOUR at Mcdonald’s is not okay in the slightest. Everyone in the lobby was fuming. Got home, fries were so cold and soggy. Stop flirting with each other in the back and actually work.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire.... always understaffed, don't bother ordering on the app nothing is ever ready!!
