I WAS a regular customer until the male manager of this location mocked me under his breath in the drive thru line when I could very obviously hear him. I am going to be telling all of my peers, friends and family to avoid Dunkin from now on. I have never felt more insulted.

Customer service is their job, if they can’t handle not having an attitude with customers who aren’t being rude. Then they need to be retrained or fired. Simple. Do better.

Blaming one another for the wrong order, making it a very uncomfortable customer experience. This should be the first Dunkin' Donuts to go all AI because the employees are sad and miserable and don't want to be there
