He wanted a chicken quesadilla and I KNOW for a fact that they serve full size quesadillas because I've gotten one from multiple other Chipotles. The women at the counter who was serving me was about to make it, until her co worker told her "Don't do it, it will take too long." and then proceeded to go back and forth with me to just get a kids meal. I wasn't able to get what he wanted because that women was too concerned with time. If you're so worried about that, maybe don't work at a Chipotle. You get paid to make what the customer wants and refusing to make it because it "takes too long" is absolutely ridiculous. Also like the other reviews, this place is always nasty and never cleaned, weird smell in the vestibule area, and cross contamination of foods. I also have food poisoning because of said cross contamination. Avoid this place because the workers are horrible, food is bad, and the environment is disgusting. Just go to El Tequila across the street, you get better quality for the same price and great service. And at least their place is clean.

I received a steak bowl with five single tiny pieces of lettuce, no beans at all, no cheese but I did get mostly rice and they filled the bowl with at least a half a cup of sour cream. Customer service doesn’t exist, there’s no one to call and speak to or to call and have re done or fixed. I love chipotle but I’m never going to this one again.

Nobody can understand English, the meat is almost always gone or cold, the service is EXTREMELY slow, there’s no urgency even when the line is out the door. I’ve given this location numerous chances, and it’s the same terrible service every time. Multiple times they have been closed by 3pm due to “staffing issues” even though they still show open online. Don’t waste your time or money here, you’re better off eating a piece of deli ham for dinner.
