  I have never met anyone as lazy and dumb as the guy working right now. He couldn’t make a right order for the life of him. I even returned it for him to fix and it was still wrong and very watered down it didn’t even taste like coffee. I will be returning for a refund when someone competent is working.

  In the last 6 months after going here for YEARS I’ve been maybe 4 times hoping it would be better every time. The line at this specific location takes SOOOOOOO long compared to the one across from a literal Highschool, every baked food item I’ve gotten is cold/unmelted, then the staff are just a whole other issue. The old man said wow and laughed at my drink order through the speaker, the young girl with the beanie is the rudest person ever and primarily is the reason I stopped going to this location in the first place. The first time I saw her was when I stopped going because for some reason she would not say a single word to me or look at me except dirty looks when handing me my items, despite not knowing who she is at all, to the point I was uncomfortable eating the food she gave me bc I was worried she spit on it or something. And that same interaction with her happened a good 3 times until I just stopped going till my latest visit. And it’s just been getting progressively worse, my boyfriend and I went this morning because unfortunately it was on the way, and we got a 6 meal deal, probably said it 5 times over the speaker and it was just completely disregarded, then he had to reprint my receipt after I asked for it since he threw it away so fast. I’m not one to make reviews because I was obviously still going but the staff at this location are individuals that should be in public service jobs let alone handling PEOPLES FOOOOD, sooo don’t go here is the moral of the story.

  Over-priced and down-sized items. Breakfast sandwich came w/o and condiments (salt or pepper) No Napkins, clerk stated they are all out. costly iced bvg. was 90% ice and about 10% bvg. The bakery item was approx. 20% smaller than they used to be and cost more. Best selling item (Apple Fritters) were discontinued last year. And they are expecting tips to be placed at the order station, and again at the pick-up station. This facility is absolutely pathetic. Don't waste your time stopping there for anything. If it was possible to post zero stars, that is what I would do.
