If you go to pour and it is mostly clear or looks lighter than iced tea coming out then it did not brew. Last time they were just as surprised when it happened but if it was twice with me over the past three and I only go to dunkin once every other week then I surely must be happening more often. Drive through with mobile app so no comment on atmosphere.
