  Girl at the front was rude. Thought this would be the best way to let someone know. Honestly I expect more from a Dunkin. Happy to remove the review if the problem is resolved. It was on the 27th at 4pm.

  I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ in Rockland for over 40 years, and apparently I just learned something new: ordering one extra coffee after placing your order in an empty drive-thru is now against “policy.” The other day I ordered a coffee, and my passenger decided they’d like a medium coffee too. There was no one behind me. I politely asked if I could add it on, and the very young employee told me that once you order, that’s it—no changes allowed. No exceptions. Even for… another coffee. I completely understand having procedures, but when there’s no line and the request takes about three extra seconds, it feels less like customer service and more like customer training camp. After 40+ years of being a loyal customer, I didn’t realize flexibility had been removed from the menu along with the extra coffee. Good to know aroma Joe’s is just up the road—I can gladly stop there next time instead. 👍☕

  Messed up our order multiple times, fine whatever we're chill we can tell em what we actually want (we get the exact same thing every time) when it was time to get our order it was totally wrong, argued with us about what we ordered multiple times and in the end one of the drinks was still wrong, dispite telling them it was wrong and them arguing with us about what we ordered. We're aware of what we ordered, they took the wrong order down or didn't listen. Food taste good, the cooks know their stuff, those who are taking the orders are not friendly. Get the coffee from the Dunkins down the road.

  To be honest less then avg experience, customer ands employees talking about porsonal matters upsetting to 1 employee then she seems moody and less patience, the rush to get you out there literally made ordering awkward, trash overflowing outside but 6 people inside. No lines no wait. What kinda place won't charge you an upgrade on a combo. Literally wanted to make the med coffee large amd get the breakfast combo. "I can't has to be medium" wth.. I've never been told I couldn't upgrade something and pay more. I had to al carte my bf and order two coffees bc a medium ain't cutting it taaaaday. Lol
