- QTQuinn Tukey5 days ago1.0Arrived at 7:37pm this evening and was greeted with a pleasant "what can I get for you?" I placed my order for a latte (the first of several things in my order) and was told they had no milk and had dumped everything at 7:30pm. I said "ok, what can I get?" I was told "nothing". I asked what time they closed and she said 8pm. No apology, no offer to brew something If I was willing to wait. They were open for another 23 minutes. If you're open until 8, you serve until 8, right? You don't just hang around for the last half hour to let people know nothing is available.

What really stood out was how fast she worked without ever making me feel rushed. She stayed friendly the entire time, kept the line moving, and handled everything with a calm, positive attitude. It’s not easy to balance speed and customer service, but she does it effortlessly. Employees like Cindy are the reason people come back. She made my mid-morning better, and that kind of service matters. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her on the team.
