- SLSusan LaMarreOct 30, 20251.0I went to get my husband's coffee as I do nearly every day. I asked for a MEDIUM REGULAR HOT COFFEE WITH CREAM AND SUGAR. Got to the window and after a wait, the guy comes to the window and gives me the price for a large which they had already made. I paid for the large and got home only to find out that they had given me a LARGE VANILLA CHAI which you can see looks just like the original order above. This is not the first time that our orders have been messed up. I have wondered why AROMA JOE's lines are getting longer..... maybe this is my insight. Maybe there needs to be a personel change. I never have this problem at the DD in the Wal Mart, or the other one in Windham. It is oddly specific to this Raymond one.

He said hello, as to call to someone’s attention And this employee long beard and hair and not well groomed for food service! Told my husband just a minute Again he waited…. He said hello…. The same employee came back, and my husband said I would like to get a coffee! The guy said we don’t have any coffee. WAIT WHAT???? A coffee business has no coffee made?? Seriously The kid said it would take a couple minutes. So again my husband waited And again called out to an employee The employee was extremely rude Told my husband to get out there isn’t any coffee! Why does a popular place like this have and employee like that! 1. No coffee 2.No health and grooming restrictions 3. This employee refuses to serve a customer 4. Employee kicks out a customer

I ordered the $6 meal deal the other day and they gave me flavorless mud water and a sandwich that was basically cold. The bagel wasn’t even toasted. It looked like they heated it in the microwave for about 5 seconds. Really sucks because this Dunkin is a walk away for me
