I waited in line for approximately 25 minutes after placing an order for a breakfast sandwich and four donuts. Unfortunately, once I was in line, there was no way to exit because there were cars behind me and the double-lane setup prevented me from going around. I understand busy moments happen, but this was unusually long and very frustrating as a customer. I figured that they had online orders to complete first so I was understanding of that. But when 5 -7 other cars pulled up in the first order line, order, and are served before I have even been fully acknowledged and am still waiting to even order thats when I have a problem. I understand needing to be patient but I was basically ignored.
