I figured that they had online orders to complete first so I was understanding of that. But when 5 -7 other cars pulled up in the first order line, order, and are served before I have even been fully acknowledged and am still waiting to even order thats when I have a problem. I understand needing to be patient but I was basically ignored.

- AKAlexandra KJul 27, 20252.0I understand that this location is probably short staffed. But having to wait for 53 minutes, yes 53 minutes, in the drive thru is completely unacceptable. I would have left, but I had already paid for my mobile order. There were maybe 8 cars in front of me. Two left before they even ordered. Quite a few other customers that were behind me drive off too. The worker was friendly, but please do better with the speed of service.
