- DSDuayn SparksMar 25, 20261.0Spent 35 minutes sitting at the oder station after being told that they will be right with us but then takes order from the car that pulled up to the other station after we did still doesn't take our order after that not even the first time this dunkin has been a problem can't get orders right either paid $16 for two frozen coffees and they tried to give us iced coffees not even the right flavor at that.. all in all don't recommend

I waited in line for approximately 25 minutes after placing an order for a breakfast sandwich and four donuts. Unfortunately, once I was in line, there was no way to exit because there were cars behind me and the double-lane setup prevented me from going around. I understand busy moments happen, but this was unusually long and very frustrating as a customer. I hope you’re able to look into staffing, workflow, or process adjustments so this doesn’t continue for others. Thank you for your attention to this. Sincerely, Tory
- MMMissy MassieNov 2, 20255.0Amazing coffee amazing pastries amazing sandwiches and amazing lattes especially their s'mores ice latte and prices are good there are 10 to 20 dollars for half of the menu I went there and I ordered the whole menu and it cost me $45.98
