  They will ignore u at the speaker for hours and if you have a mobile order, they charge you snd ignore u at the window (AFTER 11PM)

  Late night drive thru was quick, easy, accurate, and accommodating. Only thing I would change is the AI order taker. LONG LIVE HUMANS

  Missed half of our Uber order and blamed it on uber when we called. Looked for the first excuse to get off the phone. Called back and they put us on hold, can hear employees giggling and socializing in background as well as making derogatory comments towards us.

  I ordered a seven dollar box ordered extra onions on each of the items pretty basic order put my card in to pay for it. She told me my total is $15.98 cause she charged me for all the extra things that were in the box would I just wanted extra onions on them pulled my card out of the machine they still charge me $8.09. I had to call Capital one and dispute because they still wouldn't give me any food. The manager was rude and condescending. I don't think anybody should go to this location ever.

  I placed an order online, when I arrived they had cancelled my order without telling me and told me to resolve it through the app. I went inside to try to ask for any more information, but there was 5 or so people ahead of me, none of which were talked to in over 10 minutes before I gave up and left. It might be the most insane thing I have ever seen at a restaurant in my life. It was not busy, there was a few cars in the drive through and at least 4 people working, but no help for any customer, let alone my own weird situation.
