  If we’re being honest, moving to a new city comes with one very important question: where’s the go-to pizza spot? After one visit to OTTO Pizza in downtown Portland, I can confidently say, we’ve already found ours. This may genuinely be some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. The seasonal pie right now is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell they don’t just make pizza here, they craft it. What truly made the experience memorable though was the service. Cat, our waitress, was incredible. Warm, attentive, and thoughtful. She offered great recommendations and made us feel so genuinely welcomed to OTTO and Portland. That kind of hospitality makes a lasting impression. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice (which is a great deal, by the way) or sitting down to share a full pie, OTTO strikes that rare balance. It feels like an elevated version of your favorite childhood pizzeria, comforting, nostalgic, but undeniably high quality. Safe to say, we’re completely spoiled now. This will absolutely be a regular spot for us, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

  Very good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tiny establishment with almost no room to sit, so best for take-out.

  Amazing pizza, they always have new and different topping combos. I hung out in the slice bar, it has a great ambiance and wifi, super nice staff

  I was work dash as dasher. Called on other side town at end my dash. Was bout order an then put on hold. I waited an waited for someone pick up could hear them but no one came back. I have drive hour home wanted call so could have ready. So got mad an DROVE while still on phone on hold to place to try dispute. Explain what happen told hold on let deal with other customers. Then proceed tell me i need leave an not getting pizza. Couldnt even understand situation an fact I have autism an asberger an addhd an anxiety. Yeah I sound like yell but was frustrated. Then couldnt fix problem or provide answer why no one came back to call. Only get kick out an not given service. Customer alway right, right? Yeah that lie. I didnt do nothing wrong or deserve that. Be on hold then drove there Explain even show as proof still on phone an told hold on I got deal with customers, then seconds later only be kick out. Told leave an without able spend my money to give them for pizza? When all wanted was understanding an atleast Explain why no one could even pick up phone or even fix it like give half off price - full but atleast half for what happen an how poorly treated without care not just by phone but inside as well including manager of all people....just brush off like I dont belong or not good enough be there an spend money. Told there are other pizza places. Like what heck.... Never did eat anythin. To upset in car an drive home. They are no good. Horrible service. Dont go here. They dont treat you right. Please dont spend you money there. Not worth be treat like that.
