- CCCurtis5 days ago1.0Horrible manager at this location. Treats her employees and customers like crap, and berates people in the store that she doesn’t like. She needs to be investigated and FIRED! This interaction with her is making me rethink about ever eating at Otto as a whole.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Everything was delivered right on time, communication was clear and proactive, and the team confirmed all details in advance. This made the entire process stress-free on our end. For anyone planning an event, that level of organization is invaluable. The food itself was phenomenal. Every item was fresh, flavorful, and a hit with our guests. We especially appreciated how clearly everything was labeled, which made a huge difference for attendees with dietary restrictions. Such a thoughtful and important detail! Relena and her team were outstanding to work with. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and consistently available to answer questions and adjust details as needed. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and care. If you’re considering catering for an event, I cannot recommend OTTO enough. They deliver not just amazing food, but a truly reliable and professional experience.
