  This is a wonderful grocery store when in New England. The stores are super clean and well stocked and they have great employees that are happy to help you. I don't live in New England and we have dumpy stop n shop stores with overpriced groceries. Hannaford is wonderful.

  I’ve used the hannaford often because it’s the closest one to me but it always feels like they’re missing something. They’re either missing cheese, missing cilantro, basil, carrots there is never any consistency in their stock. I’m just going to drive the extra distance to shaws since they’ll have what I need more often and have better prices.

  Need to work on customer service training with your employees when employee goes to check out a customer with one bottle of wine and a beer. The new employee named Zach does not need to yell for a manager saying “ I got lots of alcohol here.” Since he isn’t even old enough to what “lots” is. Maybe try treating paying customers with respect.
