Called against and got a rude disrespectful employee telling me the complete opposite of what the general manger told me before and saying that I wouldn’t be able to get my refund unless I go there. I live two hours away and only go there once in a while for the mall. I work in customer service but you should never be rude about someone wanting their money back.
