I made an order through door dash and one of the items was a blt chicken sandwich. There was no bacon at all. That is the main item on a blt. The receipt was correct but the sandwich had no bacon. How do you miss that!!!

This place isn’t committed to staying open and it shows. Every time I come in here it’s empty but somehow every single table is filthy, covered in chewed up food or sticky with a mystery wet puddle. I wouldn’t come back if the person I love most didn’t insist on coming here and being disappointed every time. The fries are always hot, I’ll give them that, and frostys are frozen. At least the ice cream machine isn’t broken. One of the things that drives me nuts the most is that you can show up at 10:30am for breakfast and they’ll tell you to reorder because they’re out even though the cut off is 11am. The particular incident leading up to this review was when we came in at 10:55 and ordered (and the order went through on the kiosk because there was NO ONE at the register even though a cashier is a huge part of accessibility for some disabled and older people) but I’ve come in in the past at 10:30am and they haven’t made breakfast I’ve ordered. The cut off is 11am. Not 10:30am. Not 10:45. Not 10:55. It takes a special kind of incompetence to turn someone who works in customer service into what’s usually considered a Karen but damn if they don’t take the cake because here I am. I wonder what Wendy’s corporate thinks of this franchise location, but doubt this review will change anything because on yelp this location has a 2.1 and they haven’t changed a thing. May this kind of experience never happen to you

Garbage customer service. Night crew especially on Nov 1, 2025 had awful attitudes and sounded one second away from cussing me out for picking up my mobile order. Get a better crew. The service is ratchet day and night. The food is always cold too.
