Bathroom has urine and hair all over the seat. Gross. Would not recommend. Terrible serving size and terrible customer service and even worse cleanliness.

- BPBrittney ProfennoAug 22, 20241.0I placed a pick up order Saint John location this morning, upon picking it up the lady that took 2-3 minutes to even come out from the back told me she didn’t receive the order. I showed her the online order summary saying it was received/building. She continued to tell me there’s nothing on the screen so there’s no she can do and I’ll have to contact subway. I said well what can you do about it, it shows here it’s the correct store and paid etc. She then told me to get out of the store and not to come back. As we are yelling at eachother at this point. Instead of giving nice customer service and being like “something must have went wrong somewhere and I can make the order for you right now.” The lady was awful and HORRIBLE customer service. Do not recommend this location at all. You’ll get treated awful.
