The fact that Mainers are complaining about a grocery store being owned overseas when Biden “expanded” outside companies to run America. “Recalls” have been an issue at everyone’s favorite fast food restaurants for decades. People are so quick to judge on prices.. yet Whole Foods charges high dollar & I don’t see any Mainers upset about it. Market basket !! I think hannaford needs to involve more LOCAL businesses & continue to drive their prices up to match the local food costs. Can hannaford please take down those ads!

Very thankful for her work ethic, but I’m not sure it’s her job as cashier to make decisions on the economic impact that $0.05. purchase makes on myself and my family. With local store level leadership finding this type of customer service acceptable, it's becoming apparent why Albert Heijn and Food Lion continue to outperform Hannaford in the Ahold Delhaize retail group. With no direction from management at the store level, don’t expect any changes. It's a shame that such a nice and relevant store in the community allows their employees to treat hardworking individuals in an unbecoming manner.
