I had 3000 points and now I have 2100 thats 900 points she converted and I still didn't get any of tge items I converted.

He was articulate, nice, attentive, clearly listened to what I ordered even though it was a bit complicated, and made the order perfectly. I did not catch his name unfortunately. The iced cold brew that I ordered was refreshing but nowhere near as refreshing as that young man's attitude and customer service.
