We just ordered a soda, an iced latte, and two small bacon sides—but it still took a while. The bacon had apparently been sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes, and we had to ask twice before they gave them to us. The order itself was fine, just super slow. There were three people working and only two orders ahead of us on the screen, but things still dragged. We even saw a bunch of other orders just sitting there like no one was picking them up.
