Instead, I received an unsweetened vanilla flavor shot. When I pointed out that it wasn’t sweet and asked if it was made with the French vanilla swirl, the employee insisted that the vanilla shot and French vanilla swirl are “the same thing.” They are not the same product. One is sweetened and creamy, the other is unsweetened flavoring. This completely changes the taste of the drink. I wasn’t rude, I just wanted the drink I ordered. Instead of simply remaking it, I was told I was incorrect and ended up sitting in the drive-thru for several extra minutes. Mistakes happen. Arguing with customers over clearly different menu items shouldn’t. Very disappointing experience.

An employee told us the store was closing at 8:00 PM and made us leave. Later, we realized the store did not close and people were still inside. This felt like intentional deception rather than an actual closing. Very disappointing experience and disrespectful treatment of customers. I will not be coming back
