I would assume it’s the leadership that is causing this issue bc I have seen so many people go in and out, but there are still the same problems. One of the problems is the cream cheese, I pay money for it! Before sending an order off, be sure to double check everything to ensure consistency. Once it’s mastered, then you work on the timing. Coming from a loyal customer, and a former drive thru barista, I just want to see you succeed! Updating as of 07/06: omfg if anything the service has gotten worse. Idk if yall got new employees or something, but half my order was wrong. Please train to become a TEAM!!
