We were told they were out of all chicken products, then out of mild salsa, no lettuce, no red chimichurri, and no chips. Drinks were minimal options as well. No covers for the bowl or small drinks. And, no the meal was not duscounted, still cost over $35 for 2 bowl meals and small drinks. The staff was pleasant and apologetic however, this is not the experience we drove an hour to have dinner at Chipolte.

The manager grace was very unpleasant when asked to help with the lack of ice in the machine and all of the sodas being flat, VERY FLAT. When asking to swap out the sodas for a bottled beverage the response I received was “I can’t give away free drinks” when no one wanted them for free and I would of paid the up charge. When getting checked out they didn’t have any bills to give back in change. EVERY table was filthy. 10/10 don’t recommend.
