Personally, I’ve been here five times and have always had an excellent experience, helped by workers who are going far out of their way despite demanding customers, the chaos of DoorDash style ordering, and clientele who are not always forgiving or polite. Chipotle sets a high bar for service, quality, and speed, and it is visibly challenging on employees. Many here comment about cleanliness and foods being unavailable. What I see is a small crew busting butt just to hang on and get people served, and doing their best. If there is a problem here, it is with upper management Chipotle. No one on-site is guilty of anything but doing their best (which has been excellent in my experience) under challenging circumstances. I hope they know they are appreciated in this often judgmental “foodie” town. My wish would be to see Chipotle give this location up to a local burrito place like Bueno y Sano (MA) or Tito’s Burritos (VT), providing a similar fast casual service, but with improved upper management invested in the community and their employees, the people.

The first person whobstarted our burritos was pretty gruff and impatient and acted as though we were a burden to her. Then the second person who put toppings on the burritos completely ignored my partners requests and put on the wrong toppings and also acted like we were an inconvenience to her. And finally the cashier told us that they only accepted exact change if we paid cash and could not give change. The change was only going to be around $1.50 but this rubbed me the wrong way, there was no posted message about this, and I suspect it was some sketchy way for them to get tips. I tipped more anyway so it wasn't a big deal but then they didn't thank me or anything. I'm not the type of person to make a big deal about things like that but the whole experience was uncomfortable and weird. The food was fine and it was busy inside but it makes me hesitant to return.
