  Walked into the manager handling an obviously homeless high man who was being threatening and loud! For a small woman she handled herself well! She defused the situation and things were caught up swiftly in my opinion. Ice latte was perfect and my sandwich and hash browns were perfect! People don’t see what these poor girls have to deal with! They’re not even aloud to take a tip! Shameless! I left my change anyway! They should get hazard pay!

  I had my dog with me she barked at a guy who came in the manager acknowledged him i said sorry would not come back the made it a big deal dogs do bark my dog isnt agressive i just dont like when ppl say nothing when u say sorry

  Literally the worst experience I've had at a dunkin will never return i waited nearly 20 minutes for a lg hot coffee with cream while the employee at the counter was on her cellphone the entire time never coming back

  The Dunkin of pain and misery, register lady got mad at me for laughing with my buddy, watching my phone while trying to eat my food and talking. Was just trying to eat a muffin and talk with my friend from school at 8 in the morning. Guy in line suddenly barged in and said “You laughing at her? Cuz that’s the equivalent of laughing at my daughter” I said “no” and he pressed me for no reason. I had no clue what was going on, just picked up that this was a miserable place where all hopes and dreams go to die. Terrible way to start someone’s day, I came out laughing though just because of how ridiculous the conversation was.

  I absolutely love this place but I am not impressed with how the manager handles her employees there was Someone New who was on there second Day on the Job and was Overwhelmed and was doing everything she could to help the customers that were there There was nobody else there helping her and assisting her and when I was there I overheard the manager talking to someone in a Negative way about another employee This location needs more employees and this location needs to be Run by someone else who can help assist people who are New
