  Service is non existent. Waited in the long line at the drive thru, then no one would talk to us. People were driving away after being ignored. We drove up to the window and crew members wouldn’t even look at us. We drove off as well. Never again for this place.

  I made a mobile order then waited 30 min in the drive thru to get said order and it wasn’t even made by the time we got to the window. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left 20 minutes ago. An insincere apology and no other accomodations made to an insane wait time is absolutely unacceptable.

  I live next door to this location and it's one of the slowest locations I've ever been to. I just waited 9 minutes in the drive-thru this morning... I left before the line even started moving. I don't know if it is an employee issue or if it has something to do with your broken speaker that has barely worked for years? Whoever owns this location should step up their game... Higher some decent employees, make sure the window times are down and for the love of God please fix your speaker. You can't hear the employees talking and judging by how often my order is wrong... I'm assuming they can't hear the customer either. I want to love this location because I live right next door. But it's REALLY frustrating to be looking at a minimum 10 minute wait at the drive-thru. Every. Single. Time. UPDATE: 07/07/25: Well here we are like a year later and it's worse than ever! You are looking at a minimum of a 10 minute wait at the drive-thru at this location at least 90% of the time. I don't know if you need more help inside or if you just need to hire a whole new crew... But you should do something because this place is a complete JOKE! Update: 10-24-25: spent 10 minutes waiting in line this morning. The speaker was broken and the staff did not put a note on the speaker letting people know. So people who are not very bright are just sitting there waiting. Of course once you get stuck in the line with someone in front of and behind you there's no way to get out. So I decided to call and complain about it so they could put a note up for the next poor person who waste their valuable time. Well go figure... There is no working phone at that place. It rings once and hangs up with no voicemail. This is Seriously the worst dunks I have ever had the displeasure of stopping at. Who is in charge of this place? Is it the Pacheco corporation? I can't seem to get a straight answer on who owns this dunkin' donuts. But they need to do some major damage control. It's BS that I'm driving to a whole different dunks because the service is so bad. It's coffee... It's not rocket science. 🙄
