It almost looks like somebody took gulps out of my drinks. I just went there for lunch today and ordered a Matcha latte, loaded, hashbrowns, And a bacon, egg and cheese. How did every single item come to me incorrect? I did not get the loaded hashbrowns, I got a wake up wrap with chipotle aïoli in it. The bacon egg and cheese came out burned. And I asked for almond milk in my Matcha latte, I got regular milk and now my stomach is going to be upset for the rest of the day because I didn’t realize until I left, Because I didn’t double check my order in the store because it took them nearly 20 minutes to complete it… The person behind taking my order seemed less than impressed to have a customer in front of him.

So I pull in a spot to go in and have them fix it But.... doors are locked at 7:30 am so now I have to wait in the drive thru line AGAIN. I get to the window and be like hey I ordered this with milk and it was made cream not only does the tag say cream but I can taste the difference. Can i get this remade.... She says no it wasn't, I caught it just before she put cream in it... the tag is just incorrect. So she just stood there and stared at me as I'm holding the cup up to the window. Window then closes and she walks off. Needless to say coffee went in the trash and I went to another dunkin. Posting this daily maybe just maybe they will try to do better next time!
