  My favorite one to stop at, somedays they are short staffed but the employees most of the time seem to have their heads on straight and move with speed . Only in time have I had bad experience and I chocked it up to she was having a bad day cus it happens.

  You know I dont really expect much for chains but I've now been standing in the lobby for 10+mins when the workers just dont acknowledge people waiting at the register. This is the first time either. Again I understand they are short crew or whatever but to leave people just standing there for over 10mins is wild. I ended up leaving with nothing I will not be back.

  If i come through the drive thru and order hashbrowns, specifically asking them to be crispy. i expect them to be crispy when they’re handed to me. It is ridiculous that they can’t provide what’s being asked of them. it’s your job to satisfy the customers, i don’t care if it takes extra time. it’s not up to your discretion to do it or not, if im asking for it, do it. it’s not even difficult. I don’t ever leave reviews but this dunkin can not get anything correct. and i mean that, it is stupid you go and pay for something then don’t get it the way you asked for it. figure it out, please your customers, even if it takes extra time.
