  My girlfriend Mary, my buddy Isaiah, and myself all decided we were in the mood for some good chicken. My buddy and I have had Krispy Krunchy Chicken before as we worked on the coast and it was phenomenal. The time finally came to introduce my girlfriend to it for the first time. We walked in, ordered chicken, shrimp, various sides, and a slice of pizza. Everything tasted really good, but it was only hours later when all 3 of us started having ongoing stomach issues for about 48 hours after eating there. We gave some chicken to our dog and even he was vomiting for about 2 days before feeling better. Coming from someone who has worked in the food industry before, I'm almost positive that the kitchen just needs to be cleaned and the grease/oil checked. Otherwise there was no issue. This experience won't prevent me from visiting other locations because again, my buddy and I have gone to the coastal locations for lunch at least a half dozen times with no issue. But this particular location, maybe wait until they clean the place a bit.

  The food tasted good at the time. Went around noon on Saturday. I'm still running to the bathroom Monday at noon because of getting food poisoning. If you're reading this review and think I could be lying, the chicken even got my dog sick. Inside white meat, no skin and my dog ended up being just as sick as me, my boyfriend and roommate were all weekend. We believe the fry grease needs to be changed, because that was the only common denominator between all 3 of our food orders. The workers were friendly, I am not blaming them. Please do a deep clean before others are sick as well.

  The food was hot and fresh. It's the best chicken place ever. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly. Definitely will go again.

  Krispy Krunchy Chicken NEEDS to be in all the gas stations that allow cars to pull into their parking lot. Best Chicken this side of Chick-Fil-A. They have pretty good potato wedges as well an interesting honey biscuit worth a try. Great service at this location of KKC AND Nouria! 1332 Maine St. Oxford, Maine is the one for us. Most on Google Maps are copycats.
