Ordered a coffee, got a latte. Order a plain bagel, explained food allergy to sesame and got an everything bagel. the coffee is rarely hot and When it is, by the time it cools down and you take a sip it's not what you ordered. You go in to get your order corrected and you get eye rolls and sighs from the employees. One of them actually dumped my wrong coffee out and crushed the cup while staring at me. This location is absurd!
