That's bullshit. Have also never successfully gotten a frosty here because the machine is apparently always "broken". Not that it really matters, but we won't be going back to this specific location.

There might be like two people in the drive-thru and maybe one person waiting for their food in front of me and it still takes a half an hour to get my food and if I do a online order and go in there it takes me 35 minutes to get my food when it says it's ready through the drive-thru with nobody in front of me. I know about three doordashers that deny every order coming through Wendy's because of this kind of stuff. The management really needs to do something about this. Maybe provide energy drinks and smart pills to the employees
