One of my favorites, considering the staff are so kind and patient with their customers, but tonight was a little different, a kid by the name of Zack was a bit of a train wreck and the veggies looks soggy and sad. After presenting me a mini size white bread , I asked to switch to a Italian herb n cheese and was satisfied with the normal sized bread but after toasting my spicy Italian to Long, and burning it , I asked for a new sandwich, then after toasting it perfectly he ran to answer the phone and didn't return until hubby and I's food was cold. I'm very disappointed
