As I was shopping, I stopped by the seafood department to pick up the Salmon which was requested by my child for their birthday dinner. Nobody was there... there was no sign up saying they were on break or anything of the sort. I was not the only person there waiting. After a few minutes another employee put out a call for the MOD (Manager-on-Duty) to come to the seafood department. Nothing... Still waiting. Several minutes afterwards, the other person waiting went to get someone from the deli. They also called for the MOD to come to the seafood department. Again, nothing. There were no Salmon steaks available in the grab and go section either. So I left. Went back today to find three employees in the seafood section, grab and go full of Salmon steaks, and Salmon on display for purchase. So I was able to get what I needed... for $3 more per pound! It would have been higher had I gone with the grab and go Salmon. So, since nobody was there to help (waited about 10-15 minutes) and I had to pay $3 dollars more per pound because nobody showed up (during business hours), not even the MODs, that is why I am giving them 1 star.

And they were kind enough to give us a gift certificate for our trouble. Chad is a very kind, intelligent and helpful asset to the grocery store... I would hire him in a minute to work for me!!!! Thank you Hannafords!
