  This place used to be so good - I live in the area and go here frequently - however I think they might’ve hired new staff or something because it is NOT the same. I prefer to go to the nicer one down the road by wendy’s - and go out of my way for that one. We ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes at the drive through last week for an online pickup. That was ridiculous. The food is also lower quality now and they messed my orders up multiple times. DO NOT GO HERE unless if you have a LOT of time beforehand. They do not care about other people’s time and almost made me late for school. There were only 2 people in front of me - and they will sometimes give you the wrong food a LOT. People literally drive over the curb through the medical marijuana store just to get out of that drive through because they take 10 years for one coffee. That’s coming from someone who has worked a LOT of customer service.

  I am a frequent customer of this particular Dunkin location and up until now have had an overall positive experience. However, today I went and tried to order the same thing that i usually do, a frozen coffee, and requested to have it made with whole milk instead of regular cream. I was told that this was not possible because the whole milk would curdle. I have ordered a frozen coffee with whole milk from this exact dunkin before with zero issues and am also a barista myself and I know for a fact that a frozen coffee would not curdle whole milk unless mixed with an acidic syrup or something similar. I also know that if you can use regular cream (which is dairy) you can absolutely use milk instead. I tried to make this point and the person taking my order told me I was incorrect and that I could not make the modification. So I simply got it with cream and ordered my sandwich, thinking maybe I was wrong and I would just let it go. However, I then sat at the window for about ten minutes waiting for my single drink and sandwich. I understand that things get busy but it should not take 10 minutes to make one simple drink. Once it was handed out to me I pulled away only to discover it was the wrong drink. And on top of it my sandwich was made very carelessly, thrown together with the cheese half-off the sandwich and barely warm at all. I am not usually one to complain or write these reviews, and the employees in the store did remake my drink when I went back and complained, and I know that all of these mistakes alone are not a huge deal. But to have so many things go wrong all in one trip to Dunkin is very out of the ordinary for this location. I was told I couldn’t order something I’ve gotten on multiple occasions for a reason that frankly was not valid, I had an unusually long wait time and then received the wrong drink and a half-assed sandwich. Not at all what I’m used to from this location. Not sure if it’s the crew that was working or a manager or some other factor but it was extremely disappointing.
