The staff here are always ready with a smile, and they’re consistently polite, professional, and quick even during the busiest times. I stop in often, and they’ve never been anything but friendly and efficient. I’ve seen some negative reviews online and genuinely don’t understand them. As someone who lives here, I can say every local I know who comes here regularly has nothing but good things to say. My guess is that a lot of the complaints come from out‑of‑state visitors during the summer rush, when Old Orchard Beach is extremely crowded and every business is under pressure. From a local’s perspective, this Dunkin’ is great. The team works hard, treats people well, and keeps things moving. I've visited DDs all over the US and the employees at this location deserve more appreciation than they get. It's one of the better ones!
