I’ve pulled up to the speaker and sat there for 5 mins and they didn’t take my order so I thought they were closed. But no I went inside and they took my order. The wait inside is even longer for no reason. Your drink is made wrong 97% of the time. Anything more complicated than a black coffee they will get wrong. Watched an employee make a frozen coffee four times before giving us one and it was unmixed and had no flavor. Your food is either burnt or still frozen. They just upgraded the store but failed to properly train their employees on how to make the food, drinks and customer service.
