  28 minutes in drive thru for 2 cold McChickens and 2 cold McDoubles, then not even an apology from the person who finally brought my food out to me. There wasn’t a line when I got there, so no idea why they couldn’t get my food prepared and served HOT! Absolutely unacceptable.

  I stopped by and bought 2 meals with a family member, we spent $45!!!! If thats the new price for two regular meals its scary... I could have ate at a restaurant with healthy food for that price point. I guess when you start your newly hired employees that stand around mostly at $18 an hour thats what happens to the price of food! I almost didn't pay but also was in a hurry and couldn't skip dinner. Plus my burgers were not fully cooked (pink), the burger was super greasy and the fries sucked. Thanks!

  Genuinely the worst service ive ever received, not once, not twice but on 7 different occasions after putting in a mobile order to arrive to wait in a 45 minute line just to be told at the speaker "We're not taking orders at this time just to watch the workers inside LAUGHING AND POINTING at the cars leaving the drive thru during NORMAL OPERATING hours, never come.here unless you want to wait 45 plus minutes to have your order CANCELLED without any notice 😀

  I usually get McDonald’s in the morning get the same thing everyday. And over a week straight my coffee was made perfectly. But there is one chick that needs to be re trained she’s Latina/ Mexican I believe or whatever. Not sure what her name is. Every time she makes my coffee it taste like crap, she either puts way Way way to much syrup in which I don’t ask for. So it’s overly sweet to the point you can’t even drink it and it’s a waste of money. I mean follow the instructions that are on the dang thing. There was one day she was running the drive thru I ordered my coffee I asked for drizzle and she puts add 4 caramel syrups and then I told her make it how it normally comes just add whip cream and drizzle and she looked at me like I had three heads you could tell she didn’t understand what I meant and idk how cause I mean it’s pretty basic to understand. The syrup and drizzle are def not the same, I ask for whip cream she never puts it. She over does it on everything when I literally ask for the smallest amount you can ask for on the app. At this point I’m just gonna wait and see to where she is before I order my Coffee cause I’m tired of wasting my money on it for it to be disgusting. It’s really not that complicated. Idk who normally makes it but they do a great job get her out of there. I knew as soon as I seen her up front at the coffee station that it was gonna be a waste of money, and it was.
